Cancellation fee:
If you cancel your reservation 45 days prior to your arrival date a full refund will be provided on your deposit.
For cancellations within 45 days of your arrival there is no return of the deposit.
A 30% deposit on the total amount is required in order to confirm the reservation.
Deposits are to be paid by bank transfer.
The final payment is to be paid on arrival at the villa after you have checked the property.
